Legal notice

This agreement and your use of the service is governed by Icelandic law and the parties to the agreement agree that any dispute that might arise from it or your use of the service or any other dispute that can be derived from it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Reykjavik district court in Iceland. You furthermore agree that the Reykjavik district court in Iceland has personal jurisdiction over you with regard to such dispute, including but not limited to any claim in relation to or made by Alendis.
